Bread Rolls

• Make sure the mixture stand at least 5 minutes before rolling into rolls
• For a rounder bread roll, roll balls in coconut flour and let stand for 10 minutes
• If making a focaccia, smooth out the bread roll mix in a flat baking pan and cook for 15 – 20 Mins. Once cooked add cheese a grill till cheese has melted
• If by chance the rolls turn green, not enough lemon juice was added
If you are wondering why it turns green: sunflower seeds contain chlorophyll, also known as chlorogenic acid. This acid reacts with the Bicarbonate of Soda in a recipe when heated and once the product cools, it then turns green.

Bread Mix

• The mixture is quite sticky, we find spray-on pan greasers easier to get the bread out once cooked
• If by chance the rolls turn green, not enough lemon juice was added

Cake in a cup / Chocolate Cake in a cup
• Please check the strength of your microwave, this will depend on the length of time to cook the cake. 1.5 mins for stronger ovens and 2 mins for the slightly weaker ones
• If you are including any chocolate in the cake, please watch that it doesn’t burn.
• If you are including any ingredients like grated carrot and crushed pecans, please add a little more milk or water.
• If using Erythritol as a sweetener mix extremely well as the Erythritol makes the mixture liquid at the bottom.
