Matcha More Munch Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

2 peeled, sliced and frozen ripe bananas (120 g each)
1/4 cup chopped frozen pineapple
3/4 to 1 cup coconut milk (alternatively a plant based milk)
2 tsp matcha green tea powder
30g spinach or kale
½ cup chopped frozen zucchini
1 x 30g packet of Vanilla and Cinnamon Roasted Seeds with Chia
Toppings: gooseberries, goji berries, whole almonds, pumpkin seeds & toasted coconut flakes

    Instructions

    Step 1: Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and turn on low
    Step 2: Once it starts to blend, slowly increase the speed and keep blending until it’s completely smooth and creamy
    Step 3: Adjust the flavour adding more banana or even stevia for sweetness. Matcha is intense so use at your discretion. Add more pineapple for a more tart taste profile
    Step 4: Adjust how much liquid you add to make sure it’s just the right consistency, somewhere between scoopable and drinkable
    Step 5: The whole process should take less than 2 minutes
    Step 6: Scoop the mixture into a bowl, add your favourite toppings with a packet of Vanilla and Cinnamon Roasted Seeds with Chia in whatever pattern works for you
    Step 7: Eat with a spoon, it’s best enjoyed fresh but it will keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours if sealed
