Not so Naughty Festive Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

½ cup of coconut oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
1 box of NuMe Not so Naughty Brownie mix
6 sachets of NuSeed Canadian Blueberry and Cranberries
Optional – brandy or orange liqueur
To serve: cream, custard or ice-cream

Instructions

Step 1: Beat ½ cup of coconut oil, 3 x eggs and 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence together
Step 2: Add a box of NuMe Not so Naughty Brownie mix and combine well
Step 3: Mix in six sachets of NuSeed Canadian Blueberry and Cranberries
Step 4: Place mixture into a round or square baking dish – line with baking paper
Step 5: Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
Step 6: Remove and cool before cutting into slices
Step 7: Remove from baking dish once cooled and serve either as is or with whipped cream or custard
Step 8: Decorate with dried fruit and nuts and allow some brandy or orange liqueur to seep into the baked cake before serving
